Chanel Spring 2015 Les 4 Ombres & Blush Camélia Rosé.

NL: Een tijdje geleden plaatste ik een artikel met daarin een aantal collecties die dit jaar uitkomen waarvan ik nog graag wat dingen wilde bemachtigen. Twee dingen hiervan waren van Chanel, namelijk het Les 4 Ombres oogschaduw palette in 238 Tissé Paris, en de Jardin de Chanel Blush Camélia Rosé. Toen de collectie in de winkel lag kon ik het toch niet laten om ze even te swatchen, wat uiteraard leidde tot een aankoop; eentje waar ik zeker geen spijt van heb!

EN: A little while ago I did an article about a few collections which will be released this year and are already on my wishlist. Two of the things shown in this post were the Chanel Les 4 Ombres eyeshadow palette in 238 Tissé Paris, and the Jardin de Chanel Blush Camélia Rose. Two gorgeous products from of course, a gorgeous brand. When I actually saw the collection in store I couldn't resist to give them a try, which automatically led me to the cash desk for a purchase; one which doesn't keep me awake at night for sure. No regrets when buying yourself some Chanel, right?

NL: Het duurde niet lang voordat ik er uit was dat ik deze twee producten wilde kopen en dus liep ik al snel met een gevuld Chanel tasje de winkel uit. Ik vind de tasjes trouwens echt prachtig. Heel stijlvol met het zwart en wit, zelfs te zonde om weg te gooien! Maar natuurlijk gaat het me om de producten in het tasje, wat er dit keer twee waren. Naast deze blush en het oogschaduw palette bestaat de collectie ook nog uit een ander oogschaduwpalette, nog een blush, vier nagellakjes en vier lipsticks. Eén van de lipsticks staat inmiddels ook op mijn lijstje, maar voor nu heb ik het hierbij gelaten.

EN: It only took me a few seconds to decide that the products were going home with me, and a few minutes later I walked out of the store with a filled Chanel bag. I totally adore the bags by the way. They are very stylish with the black and white, way too pretty to throw away so I'm just going to keep it! But of course it's about the products in the bag, which where two this time. Besides the blush and eyeshadow palette this collection exists out another eyeshadow palette and blush, four nail polishes and four lipsticks. One of the lipsticks is also on my wishlist, but for now I only went for these two gorgeous products.

NL: Te beginnen met het oogschaduw palette. Dit is het Les 4 Ombres palette in de kleur 238 Tissé Paris. Ik vind de kleuren ook ontzettend aansluiten bij de naam. Bij Parijs denk ik namelijk aan de liefde, en daar horen natuurlijk wat roze tinten bij. Dit palette heeft een hele mooie overgang -inderdaad een ombre effect- van lichtroze naar uiteindelijk grijs. Dit soort kleuren vind ik namelijk prachtig, maar zelf had ik nog niet echt een palette met deze kleuren.

EN: Starting of with the magnificent eyeshadow palette. This is the Les 4 Ombres palette in the color combination 238 Tissé Paris. In my opinion the colours are really co-operative with the name. When you talk about Paris I think about the love and that, of course, brings some pink with it. This palette has an absolutely stunning ombre effect from light pink to grey. Exactly how I like it and because I didn't own much pinks before I thought this was a nice way of experimenting with it.

NL: Een close up van de vier prachtige kleuren in dit palette. De gebakken oogschaduws van Chanel vind ik altijd al prachtig ogen en daarbij vind ik ze ook ontzettend fijn. In dit palette zitten vier shimmery kleuren met desondanks dat een hele aparte finish die ik lastig vind om uit te leggen. Naast dat ze shimmery zijn ogen ze namelijk ook weer vrij mat. Ik vind ze in ieder geval prachtig en dat is het belangrijkste. Naast de vier kleuren zitten er ook nog twee sponsapplicators in dit palette, maar daar ben ik persoonlijk nooit zo'n fan van.

EN: A close up of the four stunning colours from this palette. I've always loved the way the Chanel baked eyeshadows look and besides that I also think they work really well. In this palette you get four shimmery colours with nevertheless quite a strange finish I don't find easy to describe. Next to the shimmery finish they seem a bit mat. Well, without further do, I totally adore them and that is what is most important. Chanel provides two sponge brushes in this palette as well, but personally I'm not a big fan of those. I just keep them in the palette untouched.

NL: Het swatchen stelde mij zeker niet teleur en ik kan dan ook uren kijken naar deze prachtige kleuren. Stuk voor stuk zijn ze goed gepigmenteerd en ze geven nog geen korreltje fall out. Ik ben kortom enorm blij met dit palette en ga hier nog veel plezier van hebben! Een look met deze kleuren komt bovendien binnenkort online!

EN: The swatches didn't dissapoint me at all and I can keep looking at them for hours. Every colour is as pretty as the other one and the pigmentation is phenomenal; just how I wanted it.They don't give me fall out and to be short; I totally love this palette and will have a lot of fun with it. A look with this palette will be online soon!

NL: Naast het palette kon ik de blush natuurlijk ook niet laten liggen. Chanel heeft dit keer twee blushes in de collectie, maar naar mijn mening is Camélia Rosé verreweg het mooiste. Alleen voor het printje zou je deze al willen hebben, al verdwijnt deze natuurlijk wel snel wanneer je hem begint te gebruiken. Zo is hij bij mij inmiddels al een beetje aan het vervagen en ben ik bang dat hij al snel weg zal zijn!

EN: Only buying the palette wasn't my intention, so I also went for the blush. This time the collection provides two blushes, but the Camélia Rosé blush is definitely the most gorgeous one. Only for the print you would have the need to buy this beauty, even though that print dissapears after using the blush for a while. My blush is already fading a little after using it a few times, so I'm afraid it won't last long anymore. But it's a fun one for when it's still around!

NL: Maar op het eerste gezicht is het printje van deze blush gewoonweg prachtig. Daarnaast vond ik de kleur voor mijn huid echt perfect. Hij is lichtroze maar toch erg warm. De shimmer die verwerkt is in de blush trok mij ook meteen -ik houd namelijk niet zo van volledig matte blushes- en daardoor besloot ik ook deze mee te nemen.

EN: But at first sight the print is absolutely stunning and you probably can't resist buying it as a beauty lover. Besides the print the colour is also perfect, cause it's eventually all about the colour itself. It's a light pink one with a warm tone. The shimmer in the blush was something very appealing to me -I don't really like matt blushes- and that was the definite reason to just buy it.

NL: Op mijn wangen breng ik hem gewoon aan met het bijgeleverde kwastje -deze vind ik namelijk heel fijn en erg geschikt voor het aanbrengen van de blush- maar op mijn arm heb ik hem even met mijn met mijn vinger geswatcht. Het pigment is heel goed op te bouwen en uiteindelijk heb je een prachtig kleurtje op je wangen. Hij oogt erg natuurlijk en gezond en ook hier kan ik niets anders over zeggen dan dat ik hem prachtig vind!

EN: I like to apply it with the little blush brush delivered in the palette on my cheeks - I really love the way this one works for applying blush!- but on my arm I chose to swatch it with my finger. This way you can have a better view. The pigmentation of this blush is really pretty again and you can build up the pigmentation really easily. The blush looks natural and gives you a healthy colour. I can't say more than that it's a great blush!
